As the Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Exquisite Weddings & Events, I work with my team, striving to achieve the perfect balance of stylistic details and sound logistics. Above all else, my personal relationships with my clients is my most treasured and valuable resource.

    I have spent over 25 years planning various events, exceeding every one of my client’s unique wishes and ultimate dreams. The Exquisite Weddings & Events team will take you by the hand and make planning your wedding day fun and exciting. We are here to guide you through the planning process, manage every detail and to carry out your style and vision on your wedding day. We understand every couple is magnificently unique; our team can handle as little or much as you need. We offer customized packages such as Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day of Coordination just for you. Our ultimate goal is to make your day a dazzling fairy tale that is worthy of the storybooks.

    *Due to the time and attention spent on Full Service Planning & Design, we only take a limited number of these clients annually. ​


    Day of Coordination:

    Two fabulous wedding experts: one Senior Planner and one Assistant for up to 8 hours of service the day of.

    All you have to do is just enjoy the day…

    Comprehensive event consultations two months prior to the event, two meetings with the Client:
    · 1st meeting- Review all the vendor contracts to generate a timeline of the event day
    · 2nd meeting- Meet at the venue to review vision and final details

    Review and collect all vendor’s contracts and information

    Confirm all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week prior to wedding

    We will instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding

    Distribute the approved timeline to all vendors 5 days before the event

    Creation & distribution of production schedule and approved timeline to vendors & bridal party

    Coordinate and monitor vendors before, during and after the event

    Serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave

    Wedding rehearsal procession and recession coordination with officiant, musician and wedding party.

    Cue for ceremony

    Greet and direct guests to ceremony and reception areas

    Identify any needs and give expert advice

    Resolve any ceremony- or reception-related problems that arise

    Assist with set up of seating cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, etc.

    Assist Bride, Groom and wedding party with any needs

    We attend dress fittings, schedule spa appointments for the weekend of the wedding, and act as a trusted advisor for any special personal or family needs.

    Confirm and manage décor set up (e.g. floral linens, equipment rental, lighting etc.)

    Hotel welcome bags coordination, if applicable.

    Gather family and friends for after ceremony photos

    Communicate with band/DJ to the timing of grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance

    Collect guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top, etc. and deliver to designated location

    Return of personal items and gifts at end of the event

    Emergency Bridal Kit will be made available

    Includes complete coverage of the wedding, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

    And, much more…

    *A la Carte items are also available at $99.00 an hour for planning.

    The exact cost depends on the number of guests, location, and logistics. Events with a guest count of 75+ will require additional assistants at a cost of $30 per hour per assistant.

We have planned events from 50-1000 attendees and efficiently managed all of the catering, entertainment, and décor our clients require.   • Policies

    Availability Policy:
    Availability changes instantaneously, early booking is highly recommended.


    Securing your date:

    A signed contract and 50% nonrefundable and nontransferable retainer is required to secure your event date and began the planning process. The payment for the retainer will be processed when the contract is signed and received. The retainer will be deducted off of your final balance. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; any services rendered, cancellation of event, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.

    Payment Policy:
    Payments may be made by credit/debit cards or your bank account through PayPal. Final balance including any additional aforementioned fees will be due 10 days prior to your event date.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Any payments made for a retainer are considered non-refundable if client chooses to cancel event. Events canceled 60 to 90 days prior to the event date are required to pay 50% of the remaining balance due. Events canceled 30 days or less will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance due. In the event that a planner is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to, including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.
