    I have spent over 25 years planning various events, exceeding every one of my client’s unique wishes and ultimate dreams. The Exquisite Weddings & Events team will take you by the hand and make planning your wedding day fun and exciting. We are here to guide you in the planning process, manage every detail and to carry out your style and vision on your wedding day. We understand every couple is magnificently unique; our team can handle as little or much as you need. We offer customized packages such as Full Planning, Partial Planning and Day of Coordination just for you. Our ultimate goal is to make your day a dazzling fairy tale that is worthy of the storybooks.

    Assist Bride, Groom and wedding party with any needs

    Gather family and friends for after ceremony photos

    We will confirm all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week and one day prior to your wedding.

    Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to wedding date

    We will instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding

    Resolve any ceremony- or reception-related problems that arise

    Emergency Bridal Kit will be made available

    Unlimited phone, text and e-mail correspondence

    8 hours of service day of wedding

    The Exquisite Weddings & Events Team is stunningly imaginative with your “event canvas” and works in perfect sync as if orchestrating the perfect Symphony. It's got to be the right orchestration for each specific event, like wearing the right suit or the right dress. We have planned events from 50-1000 attendees and efficiently managed all of the catering, entertainment, and décor our clients require. Exquisite Weddings & Events have endless resources to find the most reliable and cost effective vendors in the industry, plan the perfect event and the most breathtaking locations. We design and choreograph events that allow you and your guest to enjoy the event experience.

  • Policies

    Availability Policy:
    Availability changes instantaneously, early booking is highly recommended.


    Securing your date:

    A signed contract and 50% nonrefundable and nontransferable retainer is required to secure your event date and began the planning process. The payment for the retainer will be processed when the contract is signed and received. The retainer will be deducted off of your final balance. Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; any services rendered, cancellation of event, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.

    Payment Policy:
    Payments may be made by credit/debit cards or your bank account through PayPal. Final balance including any additional aforementioned fees will be due 10 days prior to your event date.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Any payments made for retainer are considered non-refundable if client chooses to cancel event. Events canceled 60 to 90 days prior to the event date are required to pay 50% of remaining balance due. Events canceled 30 days or less will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance due. In the event that a planner is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to, including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.
